As your postpartum doulas, we do whatever you need to best enjoy and care for your new baby each day.
What we actually do changes from day to day, as the needs of your family change.
When we arrive at your home, we will first chat about how the previous night/days have been going and answer any burning questions you have.
Then, we ask what you NEED.
The answer is usually:
sleep, a shower, help with feeding the baby and food.

So, we care for your baby while you go nap.
If baby is settled, we tackle the dishes and laundry.
Darcy and Erika are also lactation counselors and can help with breastfeeding questions and issues if needed.
