Darcy Sauers, PCD(DONA)

Darcy is a postpartum doula certified by DONA International, a CLC Certified Lactation Counselor and the founder of Dover Doula

She has helped hundreds of families in the Seacoast area since 2010. Darcy is also a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and a certified Yoga Birth Method instructor. She lives in Dover, NH with her husband and three children ages 18, 16 and 13.

Her passion is pregnancy and the twelve week period after a baby’s birth.  It’s such an amazing and transformational time in the life of the baby, the mom and the family.  As your postpartum doula, Darcy will support you during this special time period.

Erika Gagnon, RN, IBCLC

Erika started her career at The Elliot Hospital (Manchester, NH) on the labor and delivery and maternity units for 2 years, followed by 9 years at Dover’s Garrison Women’s Health Center (her second family). She’s excited to now experience another side of supporting moms, babies and their entire families in a non-medical way.

Erika was a bit blindsided by her insecurity as a new mom. She thought she’d be a pro. That feeling of insecurity really opened her eyes to the importance of continued support AFTER your baby enters the world. “The 4th trimester” can be beautiful, transformational, challenging, exhausting, scary, empowering, along with many many more emotions. A focus of hers when working with families will be to recognize those challenging, scary, exhausting times and help support you through them, empowering you with up to date information and compassionate care. And sleep! Because, well, who doesn’t want more sleep?

She lives in Rollinsford, NH with her husband, 4 children, 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 flocks of chickens and 3 pigs! When she’s not shuffling all the kids around between school and activities she enjoys knitting, sewing, cooking, baking and most recently interested in antiquing! Erika has become a new mom 4 times and after each birth, the dynamics shifted in the family and there were challenges in each phase. She says, “There is beauty in each phase even if you have to really squint to see it.”

Tegan Goodridge, PCD(DONA)

Tegan is a postpartum doula, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, mother of 4 amazing grown children and a natural born caregiver.

Her job as a postpartum doula is to help Mom adjust to being a Mom in Body, Mind and Spirit in the first three months after birth.

As a child, Tegan always knew she wanted to grow up and be a Mommy.  That was all she can remember wanting to be.  She would take care of her younger brother for her Mom when she needed or sometimes when she did not need her to!

She loved to look after her neighbors’ children and be a mother’s helper, and when she was old enough, she babysat. She babysat, babysat and babysat some more! She worked in day cares and at summer camps. She provided at home daycare for her friends’ children and worked in a Kindergarten classroom for 4 years. Every job Tegan has ever had was with children.

In other words, Tegan has been a doula for far longer than she’s been certified for. She’s been taking care of Moms, babies and families for as long as she can remember and she looks forward to continuing with you.

Lori Pay

Lori is a postpartum doula with a bachelors degree in Family Studies and a focus on family support. She loves helping support families as they transition with a new baby or babies. Helping them get rest and sleep is her passion. Offering overnight care is one of her most favorite things because she knows just how valuable a good night of sleep is! Lori lives in Rollinsford, NH with her husband and two children.

Jaynie & Morgan helped tremendously in making the transition from one child to two and the recovery from birth pretty seamless.

JAYNIE FRUH, PCD(DONA)

Jaynie is a certified postpartum doula  PCD(DONA) and CPSM certified sleep consultant. As a mama of four littles herself, she knows motherhood is a beautiful thing.

She also knows it can be exhausting and have many challenges, especially during those first few months after your baby (or babies) are born.

Morgan Chase

Morgan is a Full Spectrum Doula based in Rochester, NH. She has been supporting birthing and postpartum parents for over a decade and recently become formally trained and certified through Doula Trainings International (DTI) . She’s the mother of two beautiful girls and UNH graduate.

Morgan is also particularly passionate about supporting those with a predisposition for postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) as she has suffered herself.
